I worked at Accenture as a Summer Consulting Analyst, with a focus on UI/UX, contributing to the development of an internal tool used across Accenture’s global teams. With experience spanning UX design, front-end development, and data visualization, I collaborated across multiple work streams under the guidance of a cross-functional leadership team. While the full project details remain confidential, my main contributions included:

While the full project details remain confidential, my main contributions included:

  1. Developing and refining Angular components, including sticky headers, specific elements, and responsive layouts, aligned with Tailwind CSS and Figma specifications.

  2. Supporting UX operations by restructuring the pattern library in Figma and analyzing current DesignOps pain points to propose workflow improvements.

  3. Assisting in data strategy by creating PowerBI visualization mockups, organizing technical requirements for Cosmo DB integration, and working with Excel data across multiple business areas.

This internship took place from June to August as part of Accenture’s Summer Analyst program. I was embedded in a cross-functional team working on an internal tool, collaborating across UI, UX, and data strategy workstreams. Given the distributed nature of the team, I worked in a hybrid environment, connecting with team members across different time zones, balancing async communication with live working sessions. In this internship, I contributed to both technical implementation and broader design operations, giving me the valuable opportunity to explore many different tasks and skills.

Working closely between Figma and Angular, I learned that effective UI isn't just about matching visuals. It’s about understanding how spacing, hierarchy, and component logic interact under real-world constraints. Reproducing designs in code taught me to think in patterns, not pixels, and to approach layout as something that must flex, scale, and respond across breakpoints.

Coming into this internship with not much coding experience, I gained confidence by diving into Angular, learning through trial, error, and implementation. Working on real UI challenges helped me grow not just in skill, but in mindset.

Working in a big company, I had to quickly learn how to communicate clearly, ask the right questions, and navigate a hybrid team across time zones. I found that being proactive, whether by clarifying expectations or stepping into new tasks, helped me build trust and grow more confident in how I contributed.
